How to set up join.me for G Suite

join.me for G-Suite is easy to roll out to your whole company! To follow these steps, you’ll need to be the join.me primary (formerly known as master) account holder, AND the Google admin manager. To get started, head to the G-Suite marketplace, and search for join.me. Click install app. If you haven’t yet, log in with your google apps e-mail address. Click continue. Review and accept the permissions list. This is an important step, as you’re accepting permissions on behalf of ALL of your join.me users. Click Accept and you’re all set! Now that it’s installed you can notify your users and see where to find the app in G-Suite. We’re not done QUITE yet - we still need to connect google and join.me. Click manage app, which will take you to the google admin console. From here, click settings then click “go to join.me for setup” then login to your join.me account. As we said, you need to be the primary (formerly known as master) account holder for your company to complete this step. On the confirmation page, click “use this account”. And voila - you’re done! You can head to the join.me admin console to further edit your join.me account, OR navigate back to G-Suite. All your users under your join.me account will now see the join.me app in their G-Suite apps page.
