Annotate your screen
Adding annotations to your meeting using join.me is quick and easy using our built in annotation features. How to annotate your screen:
Download join.me. join.me screen annotation allows your whole team to markup and highlight right in your meeting, so you won’t miss an idea.
Find the ‘more’ button on the menu. It’s the orange circle containing three dots.
Select ‘annotate’. Another small menu box should appear.
Pick your color by selecting the orange circle. You can draw, highlight, or even use the laser pointer to make a point, without making a mark.
Allow others to annotate by unlocking annotation on the toolbar. The trash button deletes your annotations, and the camera button takes a screenshot to save the annotations in your join.me snapshots folder.
To access your screenshots, select the folder. It’s that simple. Go ahead, get colorful in your next brainstorm!
